Of course I dressed up for the Royal Wedding! I woke up at 3:40 a.m. this morning to watch the real-life fairytale that is Will and Kate. It was worth all the crankiness that I experienced at about 3:00 p.m. when my early wake-up call caught up to me. (And the bad hair day because I was watching the "kisses" when I should have been blow-drying and curling.)
The most exciting part, though, is that I managed to wear my new shoes! They are extremely tall for me (and for work as a teacher), but I figured that this was the day to try something daring and new. It was a Friday, after all. I won't lie: there were a few hallway moments that almost ended in disaster...but I managed to carry on. Me and my new shoes - happily ever after.

Today's out-take is brought to you by another day of strong winds. It would almost be avant garde...if it weren't so annoying.
Thanks for the comment! I did my best with the descriptive language, though English was never my best subject! :)
ReplyDeleteBy the way, love this outfit (and the one before too!). A good structured tee is one of my favorite closet staples!

Ok, I know I have said a couple of times that I was going to have to try out one of your other looks because I was so inspired. But that look just got dumped for this one. That skirt is Ah-MAZING. It looks like it flows. I dream about flowing skirts at night. I wish that weren't true.
ReplyDeleteThis is probably my fave look so far... looking good Ash! xoxo
ReplyDeleteYep, we all agree, this is a keeper. Love your hair long.
